Creating your own set of distinctive wedding favors does not mean you have to forgo quality. Listed below is a collection of easy-to-do DIY projects that'll provide your guests with elegant wedding favors.
1). Lottery Scratch-off Tickets. Certain to not gather dust on a shelf at your guests' house, scratch-off lottery tickets will surely be used by all your guests, maybe even at the reception itself. Simply place your scratch-off ticket into glassine envelopes and affix decorative personalized labels that cleverly read "Lucky in Love". For scratching, don't forget to include in the envelope a penny minted in the year that you're to be married. A perfect DIY wedding favor for any season!
2). Forced Bulbs. Take 2 to 3 forced bulbs (eg: paperwhites, amaryllis) and place them inside a drawstring burlap bag or jute bag. Dangle a personalized hang tag that reads "Love Blooms" from the drawstrings. Makes great autumn wedding favors or winter wedding favors!
3). Homemade Jam. Share your family recipe for sweet homemade jam by canning them into miniature glass jars. Tie a gingham wedding ribbon around the neck of the jar. Hang a custom label that reads your names and wedding date.
4). Chocolate Bars. Perfect for the inner-graphic designer in you. Remove the original paper wrapper and take note of its measurements. Based on these measurements, design a new wrapper using your favorite illustrating software. Print your design onto colored paper. Wrap your new design around the chocolate bars. 5). Pears. Pears are a delicious fruit that makes a wonderful symbol of your status as the "perfect pair." Create a rubber stamp with your names and date and the phrase "The Perfect Pair." Stamp onto squares of kraft paper or light-weight butcher paper. Wrap around each pear. Arrange in a rustic wood crate for the guests to take home with them.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Material for holding dirty laundry? Ideas = best answer and 5 stars?
So I have this laundry basket frame meant to hold a laundry bag, with an opening at the top.
A Plastic Garbage bag will fit in there easily...but will it cause my laundry to get moldy?
Sometimes damp clothes will go in, but wash is at least once a week
Will the Garbage Bag be ok? Worried about mold/mildew like smell but it has an opening at the top.....
Is nylon, or burlap, cotton, or a breathable bag/material better to use? Or does it matter....They'll all get clean anyways after the wash....
Main concern is I dont want any bacteria growing on whatever it is i put the laundry in....
Thanks for advice, will award best answer and 5 stars for ideas
Answer:
I wouldn't use a plastic bag, cotton canvas would be better and you could take that out every so often and put it in the washing machine with your clothes. You should get white or unbleached cotton to make sure that there can be no chance of dye running into your clothes.
